My Therapeutic Approach
Whether you are looking for individual, family, or group therapy, my approach is to follow your lead. In our work together, you have the opportunity to set a goal for your personal therapy and discuss the topics that matter most to you. You also determine which therapeutic approach is most suitable for you.

Creative Arts Therapy
I utilize creative therapy in my work with clients because I find that the arts are flexible and empowering for both adults and children. This approach enables individuals to re-access their emotions, especially in the context of grief, loss, and transition. Creative expression therapy is a model characterized by low skills and high sensitivity, providing alternatives to traditional talk-based counselling. This approach focuses on the creative process, not the outcome, through nonverbal, creative outlets.

Individual Counselling
Personalized one-on-one counselling addresses anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma. Build self-awareness and resilience.

Couples
Couples therapy helps couples recognize negative patterns and understand how childhood trauma, culture, gender, religion, and social pressure affect relationship expectations, power, and behaviour. Relational, attachment-based interventions help couples heal from trauma and restore intimacy.

Group Therapy
Group therapy: 8 weeks of online trauma-informed expressive arts group therapy for the management of stress and anxiety-related symptoms.
